One of East Anglia’s leading restaurateurs, Stephen David was asked by Thorpeness & Aldeburgh Hotels in 2009 to create the new look Crown from an iconic 17th century property in the heart of Woodbridge, one of Suffolk’s most charming riverside market towns.
Bespoke’s General Manager Rebecca Mackenzie has more than 20 years of top class restaurant and banqueting experience. A proven team, having first met at Hintlesham Hall, Stephen and Rebecca later ran the famous Hoste Arms in Burnham Market, North Norfolk as Executive Chef and General Manager. Before moving to Woodbridge, they owned their well-known restaurant, Earsham Street Café in Bungay for over a decade.
